Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout.

Installation and use

We sell cold plunge tubs, jacuzzis, chillers and fittings; we do not install them. Any electrical connection — including a chiller's power supply or a jacuzzi's pump — must be carried out by a qualified electrician, and any work affecting the building's electrical or water systems should follow local building notification rules. Dimensions and output figures stated on a listing are the design figures for the product and do not replace a site check.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and 24 months of statutory liability for defects; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
